The HP Pavillion a335w I have is excellent, but the psc 2210 all-in-one attatched to it has given me fits since I bought it. For some reason, it always has to spit out a blank piece of paper before it prints. Printing envelopes through the special slot in the printing tray doesn't work. Online chat support had the stupid thing spitting out blank pages after the first page printed.

I brought a HP computer from Best Buys and took it home. The first 30 days it ran okay, but I notices it has some little flaws. I said well, I got it at what I thought was a good price and figured I could fix the issues at no trouble. As soon as the 30 days ran out, that junk started coming apart in every way it could. I than contacted HP (UNDER WARRENTY) and complain to them that this computer was displaying to many issue and that it should be replaced.
Of course they said, have you talked to tech support as of yet, I said "No" and so we went from one tech to another tech and than fron on level to another level. They in turn confirmed this was not a good computer. I said and I agreed that it might be the motherboard or CPU...but guess what I did same some of the emails
By now (pretty much assured that this was a pieace of junk, I complain to HP that I wanted this computer replaced. I taked to a lady at HP warrenty department who said let me check on your warrenty. She than came back and informed me that I will be able to replace the unit. I was fine with that, I was not trying to get my money back, just wanted it replace. I knew that unit was faulty. I heard nothing so I called again and some man tells me they are not going to replace the unit. I told them the lady looked up my warrtenty and said that it would be replaced. He said she was wrong, So, here we are listening to lies...I than told them I do not want this junk and take it back. They said we can take it and put it on the bench. I don't want it on the beanch. I paied for a new computer that worked right. This is not a computer I have had for over a year, this is a brand new computer in which I am paying for. I don't want a beanch I want it replaced brand new. (That is what I paid for) So I will be left in the same way that I should be left when this, is over. They refused.
It is now 3 years later, It has crashed on my 5 times, mainly during school when I really did not need it to do that. I have replaced the hard drive 15 times. Seagate is even complaining that there is something very wrong with that computer. I have had to replace the DVD drive, memory....ect...
I have spent money on this junk in order to keep it runing, because paying for that junk I could not get another one. Than one day, the fan came on and would not come off. I take classes and need winxp, that is winxp. As I said the fan came on and would not come off. I went to every tech there was and we all went over it and deciede that the cpu and mother broard was gone. Remember now it's only 3 years old. I had been complainging to them about the motherbroad for the longest. They were okay with that, "Send it in" they said: we'll put it on the bench, at your cost of course. My cost, what about when I was under warrenty and complained about the motherborad and thing and you did nothing..."AT MY COST"!!! This junk is now setting in "JUNK" heaven, where all junk computer go. I have lost me classes because I no longer have winxp. I have lost money that I had to put in it to keep it running, I set here now with no computer, and no money, Do I have to tell u how I feel about HP...what can I do???

Hello World!!
I recently purchased an HP server running MS Server 2000 that I use to categorize and digitize all of my Pokémon playing cards and then create a virtual library of every pokémon card known to man. I then sell the rights of certain cards to people on eBay and the digitized card effectively becomes the property of that person. A problem arose however after an Iowa State student by the name of Cyle Plumer started buying every pokémon card his student loans would get him and would frequently come knocking on my door at 3:00 in the morning dressed up as one of these pokémon characters. I realized that I had to cut him off so I banned him from connecting to my server. Then he found a hole in my firewall on Port #2828 and effectively crashed my entire system by garnishing administrative privileges and locking me out of my own system...He is now the self-proclaimed lord of Pokémon. I had to completely reformat the entire RAID drive because of the damage that Cyle Plumer did to my system.
The lesson being... Obsession is a cruel foe that can flatten mountains to dust and turn oceans into barren valleys. Unfortunately, it was too late for Cyle Plumer and his insationable and down right dirty love for Pokémon playing cards; but there is hope for the rest of you brave pokémon enthusiasts out there... Be strong!

One of my closest coleagues and wednesday night bowling partner at the kegler Brandt "Fritzy" Kinzle has been talking about the new hyper drive and liquid cooled fan the new HP Gamer 4000 has. Brandt and I stayed up playing warcraft for 36 hours straight without his computer freezing up. Truly unbelievable. Thanks Hp!!

I've had several HP printers and have had pretty good success with them. I refilled the old ones myself but they make it difficult or impossible on their newer ones. You have to reset something to refill but the cartridges stop working after a certain time period (?) even if they still have ink. Furthermore, you have to replace the color cartridge even though you only want black printing. I'll never buy another HP

I've had an older HP Pavillion since 98. It's proven to be rock-solid work horse. The printer and scanner that came with the package are working as good as new...and they have done a lot of work. It has some weird quirks and will shut down on you if you do not save your work religiously. I do a lot of artwork with Corel Photopaint and it can choke on the bigger files but all in all I would definately buy another HP.

I am sorry to hear about all these nightmarish experiences. My question to you is why you bought a Dell in the first place? Is it because you could customize the product, or because of the price?
Dell no longer seems to offer any real price advantage. You can get a pretty good PC from Fry's or Sams Club for around $600. Why would you go through the Dell Hell?????
