We rate this company as having an unsatisfactory business performance record.
Numerous complaints allege dissatisfaction with product quality, failure to
provide promised technical support, and difficulty obtaining refunds.  The
company responded to some complaints by offering explanations, or offering
repair or technical support.  A number of customers were not satisfied with
the company's response.  The company failed to respond to numerous others.

Making major purchases by mail order may be risky since products and services
may not live up advertised claims.  If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, or the product is defective and not as represented in the company's
advertising, you may be required to ship the computer back to the seller or
manufacturer for repair or replacement.  This may be costly both in terms of
money and the time lost while you are without your computer.
