I’ve gone ahead and posted my 11,000 mile report over at Mazda6Club forums. Still no problems! I also took my car in for the first oil change at a Mazda dealership and was disappointed with both the quality of service and the time it took to do it. It took them over an hour to do a simple oil change and rotate the tires. Plus, I was thinking they might wash the car and vacuum the interior (like Saturn does, hey, even Jiffy Lube vacuums the interior!). No dice on that.

Mazda dealers could learn a thing or two on what it takes to make their customers happy and make them repeat visitors. I’m likely not going back to that particular dealership again.
