DEDICATION

This resource is dedicated in memory of Robert Klotz, who committed suicide in 1990, and his mother, who died in 1992 for the loss and love of her son. May they always be remembered for the wonderful people they were and my childhood best friend I couldn't help.

This resource is also dedicated to one of the leading pioneers in online psychological professional networks, John Roraback. John died in August, 1999 of a heart attack and his online presence will be sorely missed.
